Footballer Ben Davis has defaulted upon his national minister to commitments, the Ministry of Defence (Mindef) said in a declaration yesterday.In acceptance to queries from The Straits Times, Mindef said: "Mr Benjamin Davis is an NS defaulter. He unsuccessful to bank account for NS as required.
